The group consists of 20 people living in and out of the parish. During the year participants have received an updated list each month of a name to pray for and why. The next month’s list is updated as news comes in. During the year, when a situation occurs, the chain is activated immediately with one member contacting the next by phone or email. That person was then prayed for and for the next few months. Many people have remarked how helpful the prayers have been. Everyone is welcome to join the chain and also to ask for prayers for a person known to them.
